Description

23678 — Winner & Family Report

This is a particularly interesting pedigree because the sire is the famous “Pocket Power” family, while the dam brings in the 810 / Sablon / JBM’s Girl breeding. The pedigree also has a very relevant Marlbank OLR 2026 connection through a half-sister.

His record:

The Marlbank connection — very important

The pedigree records:

• 2nd Marlbank Final — Richmond, 655 km
• 13th — Hanover, 580 km, 9 seconds behind the winner
• 20th — Winburg, 215 km, 10 seconds behind the winner

This is particularly valuable because it is a very close modern performance relative to ZA 23678.

The independent Marlbank results confirm:

ZA-25-NOK-258 — Bertus Nel

• 2nd Richmond Final — 655 km / 905 pigeons
• 13th Hanover — 580 km / 984 pigeons
• The Hanover result was only 9 seconds behind the winner
• 20th Winburg — 215 km / 1,395 pigeons

Velocity Pigeon News also records ZA-25-NOK-258 as 2nd overall in its two-race “Pigeon of the Week” comparison, based on its Hanover and Richmond performances.
