2. DEFINITIONS

5. AUCTION RULES

6. PAYMENT

7. OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Risk passes to the Buyer upon collection or release of the pigeon or product for transport.

8. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

8.1 Buyer’s Responsibility

Transport, shipping, collection, delivery arrangements, permits, veterinary requirements, and all associated costs are solely the responsibility of the Buyer.

The Site and Seller are not responsible for arranging transport unless expressly agreed in writing.

8.2 Collection of Pigeons

The Buyer must collect purchased pigeons within the period specified by the Seller.

Failure to collect may result in:

• Additional boarding or care charges.

• Cancellation of the sale.

• Any other remedy available under law.

8.3 Transport Risks

The Buyer assumes all risks associated with transport, including:

• Injury.

• Illness.

• Loss.

• Delay.

• Death of a pigeon during transportation.

Neither the Site nor the Seller shall be liable for incidents occurring after the pigeon has been released for collection or transport.

9. HEALTH, CONDITION AND WARRANTIES

Unless otherwise stated:

• Pigeons are sold “as is”.

• Descriptions are provided in good faith.

• Performance, breeding success, racing results, health outcomes, or future value cannot be guaranteed.

Buyers are encouraged to conduct due diligence before bidding.

The Site makes no warranties regarding:

• Fitness for a particular purpose.

• Future breeding ability.

• Racing performance.

• Genetic characteristics.

10. PRODUCT SALES

Products sold through the Site are subject to availability.

The Site reserves the right to:

• Refuse orders.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
